These are the 4 major things that you need in order to help you reach your goals.
You body is MADE in the kitchen!  What you do and do not eat has a HUGE impact on how your body will form.  Your body is sculpted on the gym.  The cardio and weight lifting will start to build and sculpt the body you are working hard for.  When you eat right, workout out, and drink plenty of water all of the other things will start to fall into place. 
Sleeping well comes with the territory!
No more restless nights! When i lay down at night, i am OUT within 5 minutes.  I sleep completely through the night (unless i have to get up to go to the bathroom) but notice that i am well rested and ready for the day when i wake up the next morning!

Getting health and fit is about balance
Learning how to balance all of things that go on in your life as well as trying to fit in time for YOU

Work hard for YOU and no one else.

Getting healthy/more fit is more about creating the physical appearance you would like.  It usually leads to a COMPLETE lifestyle change...and a change in how you are as a person!

You have to learn to LOVE and accept YOU! 
No one else matters!
In the end YOU are the person that has to be happy.
You are not eating right, working out, and trying to create the life YOU want for anyone else!
The main reason you should be working hard to become a better person is for YOU!

I am not sure how you feel about today but i am SO happy that it is Friday!
It has been a VERY VERY busy week for me! 
*sigh* 
BUT today is Friday! So now i have the weekend to somewhat relax



SO TRUE!
YOU have to want it in order to make your goals/dreams come true!
No one else can do it for you!
All of your hard work WILL pay off...but you have to put in the work first!
If you want it bad enough you will change you"i can't" or "i won't" to "I CAN" and "I WILL"

Stop making excuses...start making time and start making a commitment to YOURSELF to reach your goals

DO NOT TRAIN TO EAT....BUT EAT SO YOU CAN TRAIN!

If you have a good consistent workout but eat crap...that is NOT going to help you!
You have to stick to a good balanced diet to fuel your body

It is OK to treat yourself every once in a while...but the key words are...
to TREAT yourself every ONCE in a WHILE!

You do not want all of your hard work to go to waste! 
Eat Clean. Train Mean. Start getting the results YOU want!
