These are the 4 major things that you need in order to help you reach your goals.
You body is MADE in the kitchen!  What you do and do not eat has a HUGE impact on how your body will form.  Your body is sculpted on the gym.  The cardio and weight lifting will start to build and sculpt the body you are working hard for.  When you eat right, workout out, and drink plenty of water all of the other things will start to fall into place. 
Sleeping well comes with the territory!
No more restless nights! When i lay down at night, i am OUT within 5 minutes.  I sleep completely through the night (unless i have to get up to go to the bathroom) but notice that i am well rested and ready for the day when i wake up the next morning!

Getting health and fit is about balance
Learning how to balance all of things that go on in your life as well as trying to fit in time for YOU

Work hard for YOU and no one else.

You are so true! we have made huge changes in out eating at home!! We now eat only organic and pretty low sugar. I thought my kids would be lazy without all the added sugar but they are full of energy! More so than with all of the dyes and junk!The were even educating me on healthy foods!thanks for coming by frugalfitfamily!

I'm so bad about drinking enough water and staying up too late (I NEED some time alone after the kids go to sleep, as I'm with them at least 12 hours a day without a second set of hands). I'm doing better on the other two things, though. So, I have to give myself credit for that. ;)
