Sooo I definitely needed to hear this. I had such a rough day today after my workout. I appreciate it. I won't give up! Super cute blog by the way.

this is so true. weight loss takes time. people are so eager to see the weight come off but they forget that it took them many months and years to put the weight on. i always tell people that they didn't put the weight on overnight therefore it will not come off overnight.
and planning is essential for a healthy lifestyle. every sunday, i plan out my entire week's meals and make everything that evening, individually package/wrap everything and it's all ready to go. you should see the size of the cooler i bring to work; you'd think i was sleeping over for a few days LOL
It's definitely a great reminder to get out and get going!
