WOMEN! Do you lift weights??


One of the BIGGEST misconceptions women have is that they do not want to lift weight because it will make them "big" or Bulky"....SO NOT TRUE!

It will take you YEARS (and with the help of tons of supplements) to get big and bulky
Lifting weights help to sculpt and  tighten your body.
When losing weight you want to strength train because it can actually help BOOST your metabolism!



So ladies PLEASE do not be afraid of the weight room!
Go in and lift more than the guy that is standing next to you! ;-)

LADIES:
Why are you so afraid of lifting weights!?!?!
NO they will not make you "big and bulky"
No they will not "make you look like a man"
Weight training is one of the BEST things you can do when trying to lose weight.
It will help mold and sculpt your body when you start to shed those extra calories! 
It will be VERY hard for you to "look like a man" or get "big and bulky"
That takes YEARS plus all kinds of supplements.

So stop avoiding the weights!!!

and learn to LOVE the body you were given.
Losing weight is a journey about learning who you are and loving everything about yourself!
Stop trying to compare yourself to others and just focus on YOU!

WHAT you put into your body is MORE important than the workouts you do.
You have to fuel your body with the right foods in order to get the best results you want!!
Cut out highly processed foods, foods high in fat, fried foods, or any other foods that you know are not the best choice. 
You do not have to cut them out all at once!
The best way is to slowly do it!
The first week cut out friend foods...
another week cut out fast food
another week cut out another bad food habit you have
They key is to slowly start to make positive healthy food choices

This is so important to remember!
I know for me personally I’ve only lost 2.5 lbs but I feel like it looks as if I lost more … Because I’m toning up and muscle weighs more than fat! :)

LADIES: DO NOT BE AFRAID TO LIFT WEIGHTS!!!

Lifting weights will allow you the chance to sculpt a nice tone looking body
Doing countless hours running or doing cardio will of course allow you to slim down but you will not look strong or tone!
The best bodies are build in the weight room!
