Reaching your health and fitness goals is based off of the workouts you do, but most importantly the foods that you eat!
To ensure that your body is getting the fuel it needs, you HAVE to have a clean consistent diet. You have to fuel your body with the right choice of foods. Try to stay away from processed foods and food stacked with sugar. Stick to fresh fruits and veggies as well as meats and whole grain rice, pasta, and breads. These are the best options to consume when wanting to eat the right foods to help you reach your goals. You can work out for hours each day, but if you do not have the proper diet all of that hard work will go to waste!
Yes it will be hard, but the results will be worth it!

Thanks for the reminder and morning motivation! Reading blogs while half awake and posts like this remind me: "Kim, today's another day to get on it!". It's really true when they say abs are made in the kitchen - eating right has made working out less stressful. When I wasn't eating right - I had to work 10x harder -- and still saw little results.

I love how inspirational in terms of health you are...definitely what I need. With Lyme Disease, it's difficult to work out because even doing the slightest movement causes pain, so eating healthy is HUGE for me! With that being said, I'm excited to be your newest follower :)

I totally agree changes in our eating habit should totally be a lifestyle. I've been on a plant based diet for years when so many people thought it was just a fad. Its my life.
