Try to stay away from processed foods and food stacked with sugar. Stick to fresh fruits and veggies as well as meats and whole grain rice, pasta, and breads. These are the best options to consume when wanting to eat the right foods to help you reach your goals. You can work out for hours each day, but if you do not have the proper diet all of that hard work will go to waste!
