:-( I know I know :-( I feel SO sad that i have left you guys just hanging the past few weeks! Sometimes "life" happens and i just could not find a free moment to create a post for my blog.  I even slacked BIG TIME on my health and fitness website 

I KNOW!!

But not that i have my life somewhat back into order i am back on track and i can FINALLY breathe. And resume posting for my blog followers :-)

What have i been up to the past few weeks? Here is a little picture story line...

working on building my client base for my business! That has taken up 90% of my time!!

I hope to go full time there at the start of next month!! (PS working on my website!! That should be coming along soon :-) )

Got to enjoy the summer with my girls!!

I SERIOUSLY have been traveling every weekend since the summer started!

So when i get back on Sunday or Monday i hit the ground running with stuff to do for my business AND school AND everything else that i have to get done :-/

We got to go to his concert, and Justin Timerberlake, and  jason aldean, and the backstreet boys...LoL SEE i told you guys i have been busy!!

yup...still sticking to my workouts. Have another competition in October that i would like to do. so i have spent ALL of my extra time in the gym

oooh yea...did i mention the MOUNTAIN of homework i have each week :-/

*sigh* see i told you guys! 

It has been NON stop for me for the whole month of August.

Buuuuttttt i am back and ready to get back on track! 

Besides i need you guys to help keep me on track with training for my next competition!

I get so much positive feedback from you guys you help to keep me motivated.

I hope that you guys have had a great summer so far since it is slowly coming to an end. 

I know that i have! :-)

This has been my life the past few weeks.... ...a little bit of working out...

...i got to work at a UFC fight night!...

...i got to see my sister graduate from college!...

...i have been traveling A LOT! No seriously! I have not been home on the weekends for the past 8 weeks! I have been living out of my suitcase!...

...I got to host a party at the Lake @ Shady gators. TALK ABOUT A GOOD TIME!!...

...i have done a few fashion shows and photo shoots...

...oh can't forget the 5k's i have signed up to run...

...also working my job AND taking care of my business..

I THINK I NEED ANOTHER VACATION! LoL

Yea...my life is a WHIRLWIND right now...and to be honest i LOVE every second of it! 

I am someone who enjoys being busy and having a full hectic schedule! I manage my time SO much better.  When i have tons of time i get bored...and i get lazy...and i eat junk food...LoL

So yea...that is my life...

But like i said i would not trade it for the world! 

The summer is only about 1/2 way over and i still have a TON of stuff planned!

Well I just had the pleasure of getting to go to amazing place. The best part was that i was able to go with my girl so it was a GIRLS TRIP! For the past few years, we have been dreaming about going to Vegas. Sooooo about a year ago we made the plans and just decided to do it! We decided to go to Vegas for 3 nights and 4 days.  and that was long enough!!
I will admit...i was sad to go and i wish we had one more day to just sit by the pool and relax! We got to stay at the Luxor hotel It was a very nice hotel!  The rooms were very spacious and clean. the bathroom was HUGE and was perfect for accommodating the 4 of us (tons of counter space and a huge shower). We got there and hit the ground running!
 We went to pool parties, clubs, walked around a little bit, but most of all WE HAD FUN! It was perfect timing because it was right after my most recent competition and it we right before i had to start training for my next competition.  So this allowed me the chance to enjoy some good foods and enjoy a few cocktails.

The term "What happens in Vegas STAYS in Vegas" for sure applies to this trip!!

We didnt do anything bad or anything that we would regret.

It was just a trip for 4 best friends to go and have a good time....and we did!

I can not WAIT to go back and i look forward to the next trip that we all get to take together :-)

If you have never been to Vegas i suggest you go!

It is an amazing time!  You have to be willing to open up and feel free to meet people and just HAVE FUN!

Happy Tuesday!!

Today it is an AMAZING 85 degrees outside. this makes me VERY happy! 

Summer is FINALLY hear and i am SO SO SO excited about all of the fun things i have planned for the next few months!!

I have been a BUSY bee the past few weeks!!

To all the mom's out there...i hope you guys had an amazing mothers day!

This year i got to go to the Cardinals game with my Best Friend and her mom!

A lot of people do not know this...but i lost my mom a few years ago. 

So holidays like these can sometimes be VERY hard. But that is why i have GREAT friends who usually try to do things with me to help me keep my mind off of not having my mom here with me on these type of holidays

I am from Texas...so there for i can not root for the cardinals.  i am however a ranger and astro's fan !! (Since i am from Texas!)  So i did not wear any cardinals gear to the game but it was fun getting to see the cardinals LOSE! LoL
