It just seems like my To Do List is NEVER ENDING!!
So much to do and not enough time!!!
I think i need an assistant....LoL
Well here is my past week (in a nutshell)
I deem this week...the week of cooking/trying new things!!
Yes my diet is currently pretty strict (FYI 3 weeks until my competition!! WOOT WOOT!!)
I made my own home make HEALTHY peanut butter!
i made some egg white breakfast muffins!
I had to come up with some quick and easy things since i am on the go ALL THE TIME!
It saves me so much time and hassle to just have something to grab and eat on the go!
This past week was DOOMS day! I had to make sure i had lost enough weight and body fat to enter into my competition ..and guess what...all the hard work in the gym...all the cutting out my favorite foods...and I DID IT! I lost my goal weight ( i actually went UNDER it...and made my body fat percentage!!
low calorie...low fat...low carb...and HIGH in protein...oh did i mention it taste like DARK CHOCOALTE!?!? I made these amazing treats!!! Recipie to pop up on my health and fitness site TOMORROW! so if you need a good snack alternative please check it out!

OMG i would eat this everyday if i could!! LoL
see eating healthy and CLEAN does not have to be boring and bland!
Well that is it for me! im gonna turn off the computer and STUDY!
i have a test in a few weeks but i want to make sure i am ready for this one...it has a TON of information that i need to make sure i know :-/
oh school...so exciting!!! LoL
