You need to fuel your body with the right foods in order to reach your goals
Try to stay away from fast food...eat fresh veggies, fruit, and lean meats.

    Abs start in the kitchen. I hate people who do this insanely great workout and then reward themselves with junk food! Makes no sense to me!!!
