It is THAT time of year...
the weather is cold...
Its windy and FREEZING outside...
It makes you want to just cuddle up and stay inside after you get home from school/work
BUT...giving up on your workouts will not allow you to achieve your fitness goals!
Make a plan and stick to it!
Even if it is a mini workout
