LADIES: DO NOT BE AFRAID TO LIFT WEIGHTS!!!

Lifting weights will allow you the chance to sculpt a nice tone looking body
Doing countless hours running or doing cardio will of course allow you to slim down but you will not look strong or tone!
The best bodies are build in the weight room!
Need some lifting tips? EMAIL ME! i have a ton of suggestions that i would love to share with anyone who wants it :-)
