I know I know :-(
I feel SO sad that i have left you guys just hanging the past few weeks!
Sometimes "life" happens and i just could not find a free moment to create a post for my blog. 
I even slacked BIG TIME on my health and fitness website 

I KNOW!!
But not that i have my life somewhat back into order i am back on track and i can FINALLY breathe. And resume posting for my blog followers :-)

What have i been up to the past few weeks? Here is a little picture story line...

working on building my client base for my business! That has taken up 90% of my time!!
I hope to go full time there at the start of next month!! (PS working on my website!! That should be coming along soon :-) )


Got to enjoy the summer with my girls!!
I SERIOUSLY have been traveling every weekend since the summer started!
So when i get back on Sunday or Monday i hit the ground running with stuff to do for my business AND school AND everything else that i have to get done :-/

We got to go to his concert, and Justin Timerberlake, and  jason aldean, and the backstreet boys...LoL SEE i told you guys i have been busy!!


yup...still sticking to my workouts. Have another competition in October that i would like to do. so i have spent ALL of my extra time in the gym



oooh yea...did i mention the MOUNTAIN of homework i have each week :-/



*sigh* see i told you guys! 
It has been NON stop for me for the whole month of August.
Buuuuttttt i am back and ready to get back on track! 
Besides i need you guys to help keep me on track with training for my next competition!
I get so much positive feedback from you guys you help to keep me motivated.

I hope that you guys have had a great summer so far since it is slowly coming to an end. 
I know that i have! :-)

WOW it has been a looooong time since i have had time to make one of these!!!
Sorry guys!! I got SEVERAL emails requesting that i try to bring this back soooo i made sure to make time this week to get this post up.
